Went for drinks and would definitely be back friendly staff and plenty of choice of drink, lots of space inside even when busy and a beer garden for when hot
We had a works day out at Record Factory, 12 of us, sat in beer garden. Beers were cold, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was chilled and relaxed. We prebooked tables, which I'd recommend, as it gets busy on nice days. Highly recommended place to go in the West End.
Dog friendly. What a find! Nearly walked out as the place was mobbed with a live orchestra giving it beans indoors. Found a signpost for a beer garden and took a pew, huge fabulous beer garden which gets the sun all afternoon. Loads of choices on draught, Brewdog Clockwork Tangerine, Estrella, Joker IPA, Guinness, Heverlee, Hope House 13, Blackthorn Dry Cider.... Millions of tables, good price drinks, event space available, live music, dog friendly, friendly staff, great service, perfect bar, looking forward to returning.
Vow simple casual and fun , Cocktails on the tap - not sure about that! Every cocktail we orders was made by staff , lovely staff great manners and polite !! The place was very busy and fun loved it !
Visited The Record Factory on 31st May with work colleagues, and despite it being packed due to the PSG vs. Inter Milan football final, we had a fab night! Luckily, we managed to grab seats outside, and even though it was raining, the area is covered, so we were still able to enjoy the atmosphere without getting drenched. The price of drinks was reasonable, which is always a win, especially on a busy night. And the Sears pizza slices they sell were a great addition—nothing beats grabbing a slice while soaking up the lively vibe. There were plenty of screens throughout the venue, making it easy to watch the football from anywhere, whether inside or outside. It really added to the atmosphere, The only downside was that, considering the size of the venue, the toilets are tiny and there were only three female toilets, which made things a bit inconvenient when the place was packed. Overall, The Record Factory is definitely worth a visit if you're after great drinks, good food, and a lively atmosphere—especially on big game nights!
Brilliant spot for a night out with friends. I booked in advance and we were given a private space, exceptional customer service, reasonably priced drinks, absolutely delicious pizza ( I'm going to be dreaming about the mushroom and truffle one!). I'd approached a few places when I was looking for a venue and these guys replied in such a friendly way o decided to go with them. So glad I did. Thank you! I'll be back
Tasty pizzas and really fairly priced. We booked a table outdoors to watch the football, but there’s no sound outside which was disappointing.
Good drinks selection and beer garden. Sears Pizza slice was lovely. Friendly staff who are happy to help with recommendations. Would go again
